An angry person claiming to be a former landlord of Mario Winans has decided to step up. This person states that ol’ Mario didn’t pay his rent a few years and was subsequently booted from the apartment. They said this was in Cliffside Park, New Jersey and that Mari had a bad attitude. BUT, he was paid! The singer had a nice BMW and a truck to boot! I have a truck with a boot on it. Oh Well!
