Question to my fellow nigs?? Posted on 08-11-2004

Do yall try to eat right or do yall **** everything in sight. I say this because i just decided to stop playing football going into my second year of school and so I wanted to drop from 250 to about 215 to 220. the thing it is hard to try to eat right when every one is around you tearing fried foods among others all up.

all i gotta say is loose the car and go on the college diet. when i first came to Aggieland, i was about 250-260lbs (i didn't look it though...i was just heavy as all hell) i didn't have a car and had to walk everywhere i went...on top of that i never had a roommate so goin to the store was a walk and a half...then walkin around on campus....shhhheeeeeit. When i went back home this last time (now a junior) i was about 205lbs. gained some while i was up there and im 210 now.

i'm a HEALTH NUT...i may eat a lot...but when i eat it ain't nothing unhealthy except for skittles...i eat a lot of fresh and raw veggies and fruits...meat is always on the grill or baked....rarely fried! i don't eat regular potatoe chips...it's Baked Lay's or Bust for me!

Drink plenty of water to flush out your **** b/c that is the cause of a lot of unaccounted for weight. Also, you can eat all you want to---but make sure you do some type of strenuous excercise afterwards & have a good bowel movement.
