.... if you could go back in time to when you were applying to college or as a sophmore or beginning year of 11th grade... what do you wish people had told you to do in order to make the process of applying to college a lot smoother?
Well I'm a senior and I noticed that a lot of people at my school took the ACT and SAT at the last minute. I would tell you to take the ACT and SAT as early as possible so that if you didn't get the score that you like, you can take it again without feeling pressures.
take the sat/ct more than once.....apply to lot of school.....and if u get a scholarship offer thats better than the offer from ur first choice....tell ur first choice..make it seem like u really wanna come to their school but ur mama gonna make u go to the other if they dnt come up with more money...

BE MORE ACTIVE IN ORGANIZATIONS, GET THE HIGHEST GRADES AND ACHIEVEMENTS POSSIBLE, WORK HARD, AND TAKE THE SAT SERIOUS. ALSO, AS A HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT, VISIT YOU PROSPESTIVE COLLEGE AND TALK WITH PEOPLE FROM EACH INSTITUTION. IT IS NEVER TOO EARLY TO PLAN YOUR FUTURE!
Apply for the Bill Gates Scholarship, take the ACT and SAT, AP scores are good outside of Texas (my dumb **** AP biology teacher told me that I wouldn't be able to use the scores outside of the state, so I didn't take them because I had no plans on attending an in-state school).
