I am not a member of a Greek organization, but I am an interested prospective. Do your research first of all( I have heeded to that great advice). And then when you get to school, you can get in contact with the necessary people to express interest. But do your research first off.
Did I say something wrong? If I was out of line ,not being in a BGLO, I apologize
No, you didn't say anything wrong. I was talking about the topic starter. It's just her question has been asked so many times, and some people on this board feel like they gotta get smart with those who ask about which organization to join, which is totally unnecessary, especially since she hadn't started college yet.
I attend Grambling State University and I am one of the lovely ladies of Delta Sigma Theta, Incorporated there. I can't advise you on which sorority to join but i'll let you know the sororities that we have here:
Pan-Hellenic:
Delta Sigma Theta Sorority
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority
Zeta Phi Beta Sorority
Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority
Non-Pan-Hellenic:
Swing Phi Swing
Alpha Angels
and various other non-greek organizations.
