Dont Say You're Not (if you are) Posted on 10-16-2004

I agree, people need to just start being honest and admitting the truth's to themselves. I think people deny things because they don't want to look at reality

*raises hand* I don't use people for money cuz when it comes down to it I can make my own, but I do want sum1 who can provide for me all around.

Im sure of it, and Im not mad at you. What do you think women really mean when they say "Oh, money doesnt matter to me"? Its misleading in a sense that money doesnt matter if the brutha Has some. Sh*t I feel like I've dated (not gone out with...in the bf/gf sense) so many pidgeons I should carry birdseed with me.

I'm gunna be honest...well I've never said $$ matters to me, I've never ever said it doesn't matter to me cuz that'd be a lie. I jus don't wanna be wit a broke dude who's moochin' offa me 24/7 & as far as I know most women don't want that (unless that's jus sumthin they really like). But I guess by a woman saying money doesn't matter to her she's jus tryin' not to look shallow but then she'll look stupid when she shows just how much it does matter. Ya feel me? But anyway...this is just my opinion.

*hand goes way up in the air on this one* hell yeah i care what a guy looks like...if i cant look at you i cant be with you. Of course being able to turn me out in more then one way and take me to different levels matters too. (that goes both way cause if he pleases me fo sho it will be returned) now when it comes to money i think it is best we are on the same level. i can take care of myself you should be able to too. i cant stand a guy who is always ridin off his girl. that should be the last person he is ridin off of, i mean does he have no pride at all. its one thing for me to offer, but for him to ask, thats what his boyz and family are for. but there are alot of different ways the money aspect can go, so to each their own

Take care of u????? Every single man doesn't have a lot of money. Hell, the male may be really trying and not have much money at this present moment. If more females had the idea that a man should take care of them, most women would look right past a good man, then complain "I can't find a good man" I don't have all the money in the world, but I have enough. Hmmm. It is your opinion so what can I say

JIMMIE..................... do not cut out the rest of my sentence................... if u have ENOUGH, then u have enough to take care of me in a LTR............. why the hell would I want a man that isn't doing enough for himself that he doesn't have enough money to take care of me AND him............. BTW....................... this is peaking from a LONG TERM i.e. marriage p.o.v. so it makes good sense....................... don't cut me off if u not willing to address the post as a WHOLE............... ass..........

I think thats the difference I was speaking on. "Why would I want a man who is doing so little for himself that he cant do for me" is one of the things men most have a problem with. We feel like you should want us for who we are and not what we have. If the potential lies within us to be great but we dont have anyone to help us get there (though we really shouldnt Need anyone) then you cant hold that situation against him. Then again (from a womans perspective) You dont look in the trash for diamonds...
