Atlanta, GA by way of Montgomery..aka..G, AL
I was just wonderin how many folks out there actually listen to other types of music besides Rap/Hip-Hop, R&B, Neo-Soul......you know what I'm talkin bout. Like rock or country or alternative, somethin you usually don't hear the guy rollin down the street on some 24s beatin in his ride. I'm into John Mayer.....he's a real good musician......And Maroon 5 has a nice cd too, they like a mix between pop, rock, jazz, and all that stuff. I listen to Simple Plan, Yellowcard, and Linkin Park too

I really like Maroon 5 right now. John Mayer is good. Jason Mraz is pretty tight too. For some reason I have really been drawn in by the Goo Goo Dolls and Matchbox 20. And I don't care what antone thinks or says :!:

I really like jazz. I'm just now getting into the instrumental jazz, but I really like nora jones ( I think that's her name) and vivian green does her jazz thing too, and quite well if you ask me. I also like alternative. I like that song called "Wonderland" < forgot who made it. I like Avril Levine, and Jessica Simpson's litttle sister (I love her new song). But my favorite of all time is: " And I don't want the world to see me Cause I don't think that they'd understand When everythings made to be broken I just want you to know who I am I just want you to know who I am" ^^Once again I forgot who made this.

I listen to some of everything. Red Hot Chili Peppers and Pink Floyd are my two favorite bands. New bands I'm feeling right now include Rooney<

My sophomore year in hs yellowcard played in our school courtyard (that was only 2 yrs. ago). We got to meet them before they got big, it is cool to see how popular they got.

Hey, that song was on the City of Angels soundtrack. Yeah, I like rock/pop whateva you wanna call it. I have some of my friends here bumpin Maroon 5, so I can definitely feel ya'll on that one. They have a nice little CD, it's just a little short. Alanis Morissette(sp?) was tight in her Jagged Little Pill days so was Fiona Apple. Oh yeah, Goo Goo Dolls are straight, so is some of the old stuff by Ben Folds Five, Third Eye Blind and Oasis. Oh, and this song I used to love was called "Lightning Crashes" but for the LIFE of me, I can't think of who sings it. It goes "I can feel it, coming back again...like a roll of thunder chasing the wind..." And I know you said wonderland but anyone know that song "Wonderall".

I like that song I Hope You Dance by Martina McBride. We played that at a friend's funeral. Wasn't a dry eye left in the house. That's a beautiful song.
