I'm feeling this verse..I think a lot of blacks can back him up on this
Vote fo who now? You're red, white and blue?
I'm American too, but I ain't with the president's crew
What you peddlin' and who you peddlin' to?
You ain't got the ghetto with you
Try'na lead my sheep to the slaughterhouse
Talkin 'bout +Rap the Vote+, you ain't thought about
The black vote mean nathan, who you gonna elect
Satan or Satan? In the hood nothin is changin, uh
We ain't got no choices who to choose
Ten-years ago they were tryin to stop our voices
And end Hip-Hop, they some hypocrites
Condoleeza Rice - I don't really get this chick
Tell her if she ever really cared about poor schools
About poor children, then she gotta prove that she
ain't just another **** Uncle Tom fool
As you and I have discussed this already...I just think Nas is out a line disrespecting Condaleeza Rice. Regardless of what your political party is...the woman is making history as the first black woman who is Secretary of State, she is highly educated, and came from nothing...she worked extremely hard to be where she is....and it just bothers me that its already enough that there are racist white people who make fun of her and call her Aunt Jemima because she is a successful african american woman who has done well for herself...but she cant even get support from the black community. I swear you cant win for losing with black people. And ON TOP OF ALL THAT...Nas has the audacity to complain about what she isnt doing for the black neighborhoods, and he is somebody who dont believe in voting...So he definitely cant complain...and nothing he says holds any weight with me and I will never support a Nas album because he dont believe in voting...yet in still gonna **** moan. I say he dont wanna vote, I say n*ggas bootlegg his cd...See how he like that sh*t.

nas speaks the truth to me. i remember when we were talking about boycottin BET because of the lack of good programming and i was like why, we should support our black people, boycottin would just put more black people out of jobs and stuff. and people were like no if they doin wrong they doing wrong why should we support them. and i think thats how nas feels about her. she doing wrong by us so why support her. she has accomplished a lot for her self but what has she done for us the community. nas is my fav hip-hop artist but he does say some things i dont agree with but i kinda agree with him in this verse. (but his a** still should have voted)
^^^if you really want to know what the **** think of you, tell them you're a republican....
notice the way they treat farrakkan better than condeleeza....
he's said that whites are a bunch of blue eyed devils...
but look at condee in these toons....
i hate on Nas just cuz i don't really think he's deep and think he exploits us with cliche black nationalism so this may be hate but i found that this part
