It was around this time some years ago, not too far and not too close.
I fell in love with you, I suppose.
I was gleeful, smiling from ear to ear.
Whenever I saw you near.
We used to talk, hours at a time.
I took out pencil and paper to draw you, so fine.
I used to tell you that you were beautiful.
I left my heart vunerable.

When the phone rung, I'd pick it up gladly.

To occupy my time, I speak of you.
