There are several female orgs here you can join. Not all are considered "sororities" some might just be social clubs that appeal more to you. I'd say research them all and see which one best reflects/suites you.
I am in the national society of Pershing Angels. The P/A :-D We spin rifles, and are the Pershing Rifles sisters. And No you do not have to be in ROTC to join.
