for housing me and my best friend are going /wanting to stay in Palmettos South....or whatever and for the application it says to send $350 with it. my friend goes there and said he didn't have to pay until later. so should i just go ahead and pay for it now? Does that money guarantee you a space?

	It's best to pay it now, so they won't put you on hold for it later
