Well, I've met a lot of transfers so that should give you some hope. Campus life here is what you make it. We always have stuff to do. Organizations are always putting on shows and we have an excellent student union board that provides activities. They are parties almost every weekend and bus transportation is provided to those parties that are off campus. But it's ok.

I guess this'll be my first post, but like she said campus life is what u make of it. i agree with her on the fact that there is always somethin to do, wonder if that jus comes with the freshmen mentality, but its worth the experience

Hampton is definitely what you make it...you just can't sit in your room and expect things to come to you. Join some orgs, get involved, and you'll truly grow to appreciate the experience.

I agree with all of the above. Campus life is what you make of it. It's not hard for transfer students to get accepted, unless you don't interact with others. Joning a club or activity is a good way to meet more people and have a better experience.

Expect a rough time with administration and during the registation process because things here can get unorgainized. You may have to do a runarond your first two weeks here to confirm and complete registration and finacial issues
