Have any of you checked you application status online? I find it hard to decipher because the table has changed and it doesn't indicate acceptance or rejection but the table has obviously changed. Can any Spelmanite help a sista out as how to decipher it?
Yeah I noticed that they took the application status off too. I was thinking they're really tryna make us wait for their decision since they sent their stuff on April 1st. I was gonna call but then decided to wait out this week and see if I hear anything.

Girl No, I CALLED them on 4/1. They were STILL making decisions. I believe Spelman s buying some time....I don't know but I am very anxious and I want to know before May gets here But I am still hopeful. Good luck to you

WHAT??!!! They're still making decisions?? They've had more than four months to make a decision. That's why they shouldn't do that April 1st notification date in the first place, they should have rolling admissions. I'm going to be too upset if I don't hear anything by the end of next week. Good luck to you too. I'm keeping my fingers crossed until the mail comes.

I agree wholeheartedly! Another All-Female PWI is Agnes Scott and they've recently moved to a rolling admissions status and they rank higher as a liberal arts college than Spelman! I don't know why they get your hopes up only to let you down when you call them. I hope we both hear from them by the end of this week.
I called Spelman and they said they dont post decisions on line, but she said you shoud get your decision around the first. Now I dont know whats going on. I hope they get done soon.
