Anybody here ever used any kinda strength or size enhancing aid? ****, creatine maybe, or just plain, simple, legal, and harmless protein or amino acid pills? If you have, why and what were the results (negative and positive).
I used some protein before. Just the shake. It tasted horrible so I had to down it everyday. I picked up a lil weight (between 5-10) with it. But while I was taking it I was fasting so I only ate once a day and probaly didnt get the full effect. I did it for football and track.
i used a protien shake for football last year, went up 2 195, but then i stopped takin it and i lost weight but now im just on eating 6 meals a day and milk, im now 188 and i kno my strength will not go down.
For anybody thinkin bout takin it, dont do it, just eat, eat, eat, eat and lift

Ay Amir what kinda food do you actually eat? I know potatos, milk, and peanut butter is real good to eat but besides that, you have any specific food's you eat?
