I have to say the huxtables...it kind of reminds me of my grandparents. I think they had a healthy balance of everything. And a mix of the connors b/c what's life without sarcasm? I think both of the shows really show the realness of marriage. It is what you make it and there are plenty of ups and downs but you have to determine the outcome.

BTW: I did NOT know that Topanga and Corey got married on the show!! I stopped watchin' BMW a loooong time ago.

Tru... I was so happy when Cory and Topanga had FINALLY got together...it was soo beautiful.
But I want a marriage with a cross between the Huxtables and Gina and Martin. The Huxtables had great careers and had a maturity to their relationship that I respect while Im still silly and want that Martin and Gina playfulnes at the same time.
Also I would want a lil Dwayne Wayne and Whitley Gilbert splashed into my marriage too. Dwayne and Whitley were MADE for each other...that was real love too. College sweethearts are always the cutest. Yall remember the episode of A Different World where Whitley was about to marry some other dude, and Dwayne came and stopped the wedding..I remember I was SOOOOOO excited for them...like I knew them personally...but yea...those are mine.
