I would get downright nasty and tell you what I HEARD grows facial hairs...but that would be ALL outta line...
All I know is that just like the hair on your head, your facial hair and how it grows is all genetic. If genetically you aren't supposed to have facial hair, I don't know how much rogaine is gonna help.
instead of tryina grow it out, just shave the lil bit you got like every two days even when it look clean just run ya razor over it. it will grow in faster and thicker and you should have a good amount in the next two weeks
