Y'all are me making me homesick, I am from Greensboro and have NEVER seriously thought about going anywhere except to A&T but some kinda way I just took a step back and thought about the things I might miss out on if I didn't get out of the state ( even though I didn't really care b/c "T" has enough for everyone, right? (haha)). I also wouldn't have gotten any more than $3,000- 3,500 from "T" unless I declare a specific field of Engineering. But now I'm @ Spelman currently doing a summer science and engineering program(june 16-july 24) in which I'm going to continue w/ the 3-2 Dual-degree Engieering program here @ Spelman and then maybe(90% yes) transfer back w/ in the next 2-3 yrs depending if I go to summer school next yr.( if I do I'm going to try to take it @ A&T so I can get to know some of the students and to get closer to home). So I guess you could say I got the best of both worlds huh? But I have already gotten in contact w/ a girl who works @ the airport down here in ATL to make sure that I get back for Homecoming, I haven't missed one in 18yrs. and I ain't going to miss one now(classes or no classes), if yall never to been to one @ "T" get ready! But anyways have a Blast and hold it down until ya girl QB gets back in town- PHS 2003
Spelman + A&T= a great 5yrs of college memories and a world full of friends and connections and an Edu. worth the time, $$, and Hell(haha) :wink:
