Ladies....why?

What is up with having stuff in excess? Like, purses. Why have 4 or 5 "different" purses by the same brand name, that damn near look the same?? Or, why buy a pair of shoes....just to wear with ONE outfit that may only get worn twice? Or better yet....house dressing? I like candles and everything, but a BILLION OF EM? Or what about 3 or 4 different bedroom/bathroom suits? Or those silly little figurines? Or...well, just a bunch of stuffs? Of course they brighten up the crib and everything, but when you've got extra's stored in closets.... I never understood the point of having 4 different sets of bedroom suits either. 2 maybe...but dang. I noticed a few of these things in my daily observations about ya'll. I can't lie tho...the little things that seem pointless to me are the same things that draw me to ya'll so much.

I think you mean pajamas and lingerie in stuff. I mainly were underwear to sleep on the regular cus whats the purpose of being dressed up to bed unless its cold or something :-D

Nah, I meant stuff like things to dress up the actual bedroom. Like curtains, sheets, bed dressing (actual 'bed' dressing....like the little thang thangs that go onto the bedposts)...little doo-hickeys or whatever. I guess it makes the place feel more like a home than just a place to sleep. But 4 or 5 sets?? Maybe I'll understand when I get married and have a wife of my own that likes to do stuff like that. I dunno.

I dont do that shyt! Never really did. Every pair of shoes I owned was worn with a whole bunch of other different stuffs. For example: my wintertime boots. I'll wear those babys with a whole bunch of different jeans/sweater combinations. Same with my all-purpose pair of white sneakers. I've never bought a pair of shoes just because they went with 1 or 2 different "outfits" in my closet. Never. Ever. I guess it's just a dude thing or something...

To be just cut and dry about it, It's called having style lol. I can limit the clothes I have to buy by buying tons of accessories (ie. shoes, bags, belts, etc). And as far as houses are concerned, not everybody wants their house/room to like the same all the time. So by buying a variety of stuff you can switch it up as much as you want.
