In certain areas it really is. But the problem lies more in the people not being education enough about the virus and the way it's spread and the way it should be treated. You still have men over there who believe sleeping with virgins and babies will cure them of ****/HIV when we all know that's not the case, but ignorant ****like that makes the situation much worse than it should be. In some countries they have a lot of problems with teenage prostitution and the "johns" who may be infected but don't want to wear condoms so they don't even if the girl protests.
