i don't agree w/ the death penalty either...but when it comes to kids, that juss strikes a nerve...if the death penalty would fly, I prolly would be yellin out "fry the ****!" too. But it wont...so i'm w/ cutiepie..life w/ no parole..cuz even if the baby hadn't died...she's feedin it toxic milk, wtf.. :x

Besides that point. She would suffer more doing life.... she has to think about it for the rest of her life thats alot more painful then them sticking needles into her so she breathes... She won't be able to feel it anyways. But she'll have a painful heart thinking of how she smothered her baby while intoxicated.
