How do I copy it and save it?
the easiest method is:
  • while looking at the picture, hit the "print screen" key (somewhere between f12 and insert)
  • run mspaint (start menu/programs/accessories/paint)
  • paste the picture (ctrl+v)
  • click a selector tool (the star or rectangle) and outline the part that you want. if you mess up, just hit "esc" and try again
  • copy (ctrl+v), new (ctrl+n), don't save, and paste again (ctrl+v)
  • click a selector tool, then drag the bottom right-hand corner of the image so that there is less blank space
  • save as... (jpeg, not bitmap)
for better jpeg quality, use a better program. the instructions may vary a little tho. I hope that helps...
