As a former employee of walmart, inc.
I KNOW about how they treat they people...............
and how I had deen there only 2years and was making MORE than people that had been there 5-10...................I mean I wasnt complaining................hell I was making $12/hr 2 damn cashier...........so I was cool.............but they treat people grimey.................and tha AVERAGE pay rate is around $11/hr and thats STILL BELOW tha poverty line @ 40 hours a week, 52 weeks a year............considering MOST of the people that WORK for walmart have around 2-4 kids in the house and are SINGLE parents..............around $18,000 AFTER taxes is NOWHERE close 2 what WALMART can AFFORD 2 do..............I mean he LARGEST COMPANY in the WORLD and $11/hr is the AVERAGE PAY???
SURE that means there are people makin $15-30/hr............but it ALSO means that there are people making $6-8/hr..........which just does NOT fly............specially considering walmart can afford for their STARTING rate 2 be around $10/hr................
