New Graduate Fellowship Program Launched at Tuskegee University
Bridge to the Doctorate (Fall 2006)
The Bridge to the Doctorate Program is funded by the National Science Foundation( NSF ) through the Alabama Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation ( LSAMP ) program.
Application Deadline is April 14, 2006.
THE PROGRAM OFFERS:
· $30,000 Annual Stipend for Two Years to Pursue a Master’s Degree in one of the *STEM Disciplines
· Full Graduate Tuition and Fees
· Mentoring Program
· Conference and Research Travel Opportunities
· Seminars and Workshops
· Research Opportunity in Interdisciplinary Areas
· Diverse and Interactive Community
ELIGIBILITY:
· Bachelor’s Degree in a *STEM Program from a LSAMP school
· Minimum GPA of 3.0
· Acceptance into one of the *STEM Graduate Programs at Tuskegee University
· Commitment to Pursuing a Doctoral Degree in a *STEM Discipline
· U.S. Citizen
