Why do institutions offer accident and sickness coverage that can only be used at the on campus infirmary or at the local hospital? You pay for services that you rarely use. Why can't they offer health insurance that can truly be used year round and anywhere? Health is the root of success and I feel it should be just as important of an asset as room and board. When you get sick you either, get over it, get through it, or ruin your credit by collecting unpaid medical bills.
