Environmentalist studies in HBCUs

Interesting...
Before I comment, I have a few questions. Are the "5 biggest HBCUs" determined by their population alone or is their funding taken into consideration? Do you find any other HBCUs (besides the aforemetioned colleges) that had courses dealing with enviromental issues? Also, can the fact that many HBCUs are located in suburban or rural areas (where there would be less observable pollution) affect how much attention is given to environmental issues?
