Commercial Insurance Broker

Ultimate Staffing is looking for an top notch Commercial Insurance Broker for one of our Amazing clients located in Islandia, New York, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment. This is a Direct Hire role that will provide full medical, dental, vision benefits and bonus incentives for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients through proactive sales techniques

- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance products

- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure timely processing of policies

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

- The Account Executive will have responsibility for managing the renewal and marketing process from start to finish, in

conjunction with other team members

- Creating and maintaining client files in accordance with office procedures. Responsible

for keeping client policy records in the agency management system

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 5 years in Insurance field (Restaurants, LRO's, Construction, Wholesale, Manufacturing)

- Proven track record in sales, particularly in the insurance industry

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products to clients

- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software

- Experience with AMS 360 a plus

Salary 75-85k
