Housing Resource Associate (JN -122024-383796)

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Housing Resource Associate to join their client's team in Massachusetts. This role is focused on supporting housing property resources and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with housing property resource management.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients.
  • Perform accurate data entry and record-keeping.
  • Support the team in daily operations and tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service and data entry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 1st Shift
