Job Posting: Litigation Paralegal - Plaintiff-Side

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our growing plaintiff-side law firm in Brentwood. The ideal candidate will have a passion for litigation and experience working on plaintiff cases. This is a full-time, on-site position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex cases and be an integral part of our litigation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing written discovery, including Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, Requests for Production of Documents, and Requests for Admissions in plaintiff-side litigation cases
• Drafting and serving Notice of Settlements to opposing counsel and clients
• Compiling document productions with bates stamping for plaintiff cases
• Preparing trial materials, including exhibits, binders, witness lists, and jury instructions, with an emphasis on plaintiff-side litigation matters
• Maintaining communication with clients, particularly regarding discovery responses and developments in their plaintiff litigation cases
• Assisting with discovery and providing critical support for trial preparation in plaintiff cases
