• Manages biweekly payroll processing for for 15 states: 280 employees in the US, and 8 Canadian employees
• Responds to requests via ticket system; provides support to internal users.
• Works with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing for U.S. and Canada. (ADP WFN)
• Prepares reports and ensures payroll accuracy through analysis.
• Oversees salary adjustments, bonus payments, and employment documentation.
• Supports employee lifecycle administration, including offer letters and termination paperwork.
• Assists with benefits like insurance, pensions, and company car arrangements.
• Acts as backup for benefits and leave management; ensures confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of full cycle payroll experience; HR/benefits knowledge a plus.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now (preferred).

Details:

• Pay: $30-40/hr (potentially higher DOE)
• Schedule: 7:30 am - 4 pm, Monday-Friday (flexible)
• Location: Hybrid (on-site first 30 days, then 1-2 remote days per week)
• Duration: Temporary, starting ASAP! The duration will be around 2 to 5 months while they are interviewing for the permanent position and getting their new-hire trained in. The contractor they hire will be considered for the permanent spot!
