Outbound Customer Service Representative (JN -012025-385910)

Job Title: Outbound Customer Service Representative

Location: Englewood, Colorado (Hybrid: Tues & Thurs Onsite - Mon, Wed, & Fri WFH)

Job Type: Contract (Mid/Late January - Early May)

Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8AM-5PM. Fri 8AM-12PM (36 hours a week)

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to members in our database system.
  2. Engage with members to encourage participation in surveys for a non-profit in the medical industry.
  3. Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from members.
  4. Record and document relevant information accurately in the system.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Education:
    • High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required.
    • An Associate Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  1. Experience:
    • Two (2) or more years of professional experience in a sales, client management, call center, or customer support-focused environment.
    • Proven record of selling or upselling higher levels of products/services to a challenging customer base.
    • Experience driving client membership, developing relationships, and managing the needs of healthcare organizations is preferred.

Other Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  4. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
  5. Must be available to work for the specified contract duration.
