A small tech company located in the South Bay is looking for a Controller. In this stand-alone position, the Controller will work closely with the COO and CEO. The Controller will ensure efficient accounting policies and procedures, general cash flow reports, enter and process invoices, calculate sales commissions, create and analyze the fiscal budget, handle monthly/quarterly/annual closes, prepare financial statements, and review cyclical variances. The Controller will also collaborate with various departments, as well as assist with bookkeeping for additional subsidiaries.

• Qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Experience working in a small business setting is essential.
• Must be hands-on. Must be willing to roll up your sleeves and participate in the work.
• Background of enhancing accounting policies and procedures is a plus.
• Proven leadership ability.
• CPA and/or MBA is preferred.
• Ability to work with various personnel.
• ERP systems and strong Excel skills are important.
• $130 - 150k + bonus.
