Our client in the South metro is adding a Credit/Collections Specialist to their team. We have personally placed 5 people at this company that are still there! High tenure/lower turnover.

Temporary to hire role. $24-$27/hour. ON SITE 5x/week. Must live local!

Job Description:

• Set up new account and update existing accounts by obtaining credit applications, checking supplier references, and reviewing credit reports/financial statements.
• Establish and monitor customer credit limits.
• Facilitate shipment of orders by contacting customers (typically by phone) when necessary to make payment arrangements on past due balances.
• Monitor all accounts and collect past due balances by making collections calls and applying cash.
• Monitor deductions taken by customers.
• Possess good communication and computer skills.
• Assists in applying daily cash when necessary.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of credit experience
• Software/ERP Savvy (AS400 BONUS!)
• Work well in a team environment
• Okay with ON SITE work!
