Full Charge Bookkeeper / Accountant

We are looking to hire an experienced bookkeeper to handle our company's finances. In this role you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accouing duties for the company. This includes entering vendor and expense invoices, billing customers, preparing bank statements, processing timesheets, and preparing tax returns.

Responsibilities:

Managing the full cycle of accounting activities for the company.

• Processing and overseeing the accounts payable process
• Collating and entering vendor expenses.
• Month End Close process, reconciling bank statements.
• Financial Statements, Balance sheet recs
• Processing accounts receivable.
• Maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger.
• Managing the payroll system.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field Preferred
• Previous experience as a full charge bookkeeper, Accountant
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software, Quickbooks, ERP
• Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns.
• Ability to work to a strict deadline,
• Attention to detail
• Clear Communication skills
