Job Description
Aftermarket warranty payables clerk (JN -122024-385396)

Global Luxury Automotive Dealership seeking an aftermarket warranty payable administrator.

Schedule is M-F and hours 8AM to 5PM or 7AM to 4PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process warranty claims accurately and timely.
  • Ensure all warranty documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Communicate with manufacturers and vendors regarding warranty claims.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding claims.
  • Coordinate with the service department to resolve warranty issues.
  • Process payments
  • monthly reconsiling of warranty payments

Experience Required

  • Previous Accounts Payalbe experience a plus
  • Automotive experience a plus but not manadatory
  • Basic excel skils and basic understanding of debits/credits and month end reconsiliation
  • Ability to handle mulitple tasks and to be deadline driven
  • Organization and analytical ability
