Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a reputable law firm to find an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to advance their career in the legal industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting attorneys with daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
  • Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and managing filing systems.
  • Assisting in case management and maintaining accurate records of legal proceedings.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Organizing and managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a law firm.
  • Experience in litigation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday
