Position: Data Entry Specialist

Location: Plymouth, MN

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Duration: 1-Week Assignment

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to assist the accounting team with transitioning data from an old system into Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce Data Loader and/or hold a Salesforce certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transfer and input data accurately from the old system into Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure data integrity and completeness.
• Utilize Salesforce Data Loader to streamline data migration processes.
• Verify and cross-check data for accuracy during the migration process.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Salesforce Data Loader (highly preferred) or Salesforce certification.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic data entry tasks and software tools.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Onsite in Plymouth, MN
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Duration: 1 week
