HR Analyst (JN -122024-384843)

We're seeking an HR Analyst to join an established organization in the greater Pasadena, CA area. The position is temporary and the pay range is from $24-30/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze HR data (e.g., turnover, demographics).
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on key HR metrics.
  • Monitor HR KPIs (e.g., employee engagement, retention).
  • Assist in developing HR strategies based on data insights.
  • Support workforce planning and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
  • Analyze compensation, benefits, and performance data.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years in HR or data analysis.
  • Proficient in HRIS, Excel, and data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong data analysis and trend identification.
  • Clear in report writing and presentations.
  • Familiar with labor laws, compensation, and performance management.
  • Accurate in handling HR data.
  • Ability to propose data-driven solutions.
