Apply now to see what it means to us and what it's like to work somewhere your voice is heard, your wellness is a priority, and your success matters.</em></strong></p> <p><strong>JOB TITLE: </strong> Clinical Supervisor</p> <p><strong>EMPLOYMENT TYPE:</strong> Full-time, 40 hours/wk </p> <p><strong>SCHEDULED HOURS: </strong> Mon, Wed, Thurs, & Fri: 8:30am-5pm; Tuesday 11:30AM-8PM</p> <p><strong>PROGRAM/LOCATION: </strong>East Hartford Outpatient, East Hartford, CT</p> <p><strong>PC#: </strong> 2042</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">ABOUT THE PROGRAM</span>: East Hartford Outpatient:</strong></p> <p>East Hartford Outpatient (EHOP) therapists have the unique opportunity to provide therapy to adults, children and families. Therapists see clients in person and through telehealth for diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, individual and family therapy sessions. Opportunities for case consultation, supervision, training and professional growth are provided.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><strong></strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Provides case consultation, direction and leadership within the team.</li> <li>Ensures clients receive services that are focused on presenting problems and clients’ request for treatment.</li> <li>Directs crisis intervention efforts and intervenes as required.</li> <li>Monitors client meetings, admission, continued stay and discharge criteria.</li> <li>Reviews caseloads regularly to ensure appropriate utilization of services.</li> <li>Oversees hiring, training, and performance management of staff within the program.</li> <li>Facilitates team meetings.</li> <li>Participates in internal and external meetings as needed by program and agency, including delivering marketing, training and case consultation services.</li> <li>Ensures client, program and agency documentation and reports are completed in a timely manner and according to program, agency, funder and accreditation/licensing standards.</li> <li>Oversees the completion of chart audits and ensures that all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date.</li> <li>Acts as primary point person for program and provides back up or on call coverage as needed by program and agency.</li> <li>Ensures proper maintenance of vehicles/if applicable.</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned. Provides clinical direction and leadership to the team, fostering a collaborative and effective working environment in collaboration with their supervisor.</li> <li>Ensures the completion of insurance authorizations for services rendered, as required.</li> <li>Actively participates in committees focused on service delivery and quality improvement within the agency.</li> <li>Additional duties as required.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong><strong></strong></span></p> <p><strong>Education:</strong> Master’s or higher in mental health related field required.<span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong> A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a clinician.
