About the Program:

As a Labcorp intern, youll be immersed in hands-on work that complements your academic background. In addition to your project work, youll gain valuable exposure to Labcorps global business, culture, and leadership through:

Internship Details

• Duration: 11 weeks, full-time

• Dates of Internship: June 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026

• Location: Lakewood, CO

• Hours: Monday-Friday : 8:00am 4:30pm

• Application Window: December 16 - December 29 , 2025

• Compensation: Pay Range $17 20, relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

  • All job offers will be based on a candidates skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

• Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2026 through June 2028 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.

About the Team: Our dedicated team of laboratory professionals at the Lakewood, CO lab is united by a shared mission: improving health and improving lives through precision diagnostics. Every day, we process thousands of tissue and cytology samples onsite with speed, accuracy, and compassion, knowing that behind every slide is a patient waiting for answers. We take pride in our collaborative culture, where mentorship, innovation, and quality are at the heart of everything we do.

Internship Assignment Summary:

• Learn to accession Anatomic Pathology samples

• Familiarize with cytology and histology processes, learn what it takes to make a diagnosis for patients.

Education/Qualifications/Skills:

• Working towards bachelors degree in science (biology or chemistry)

• Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting

• Ability to collaborate with various colleagues

• Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
