Perform in the Cloud Technical SME Lead role to technically drive a cloud team to transform the clients on-prem environment to a Microsoft Azure and M365 cloud environment. This effort will be on within scope, schedule, budget

• Define and deliver on the cloud architecture, approach, and strategy
• Interface with the program and client leadership, SMEs and Project Managers to ensure clear communication and definition of cloud solutions to be delivered
• Designs, architects, deploys and maintains cloud solutions
• Migrating data from on-premises or legacy systems to the Cloud
• Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot technical issues
• Conducting risk assessments
• Identifying technical requirements

• Managing project timelines
• Identifying and recommending opportunities for optimization and cost savings in the cloud environment
• Working with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met during and after migration
• Providing post-migration support and address any issues that arise
• Documenting configurations, processes, and procedures
• Automating administrative tasks using PowerShell scripts
• Implement security and compliance policies
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing
• Ensuring seamless integration, security, and optimal performance of Microsoft 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
