Building Maintenance, HVAC & Related Trades Instructors - Adjunct Faculty - Continuing Education <div id="details-info" class="tab-pane active fr-view" style="margin:2px"> <dl> <dt><h2>Class Description</h2></dt> <dd><p>CCBC is the college of choice for over <em>50,000 students</em> <em>and 200 businesses</em> each year — all with unique goals, strengths and requirements. We offer the region’s most expansive selection of degree, certificate and workplace certification programs at 3 campuses plus 3 convenient CCBC centers along with off-site community locations.<br><br>This part-time adjunct position teaches college level non-credit Workforce Development courses that focus on: 1) Building and Apartment Maintenance, and/or 2) Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Heating systems, and or 3) Stationary Engineering / Boiler Operation.<br> <br>Pay rates for the non-credit courses in Continuing Education are commensurate with education and experience qualifications.<br><br>Classes are available for both day and evening schedules.<br><br>Campus locations: Catonsville & Dundalk<span style="color: inherit;font-style: normal;text-align: left;text-indent: 0.0px;"> </span><br> </p></dd> <dt><h2>Minimum Requirements</h2></dt> <dd><p></p><ul><li>Must possess a high school diploma or GED.</li><li>Must be a subject matter expert.</li><li>Computer proficiency required.</li><li>Experience teaching or training in an adult setting preferred.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li></ul><br><br><br><br><br><br><span style="color: inherit;font-style: normal;text-indent: 0.0px;">#LI-DNP</span> </dd> </dl> </div> #CCBC Contact Information
