Instructors are needed for courses including Introduction to Interior Design, Drafting and Sketching for Interior Design, Historic Interiors, Textiles for Interior Design, Rendering and Presentation Techniques for Interior Design, Materials and Resources for Interior Design, Residential and Commercial Design, Business Practices for Interior Design and Portfolio and Marketing.</span> <br><br><strong style="color: inherit;font-style: normal;text-align: left;text-indent: 0.0px;">Level 1 - $1,085 per credit hour.</strong> </div><br><br><br><br><br><br></dd>
<dt><h2>Minimum Requirements</h2></dt>
<dd><p></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.0in;"><li><span style="color: black;">Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design; or Bachelor’s degree in related field with 18 credits in Interior Design; or Bachelor’s degree in Art with qualifying equivalency/portfolio and successful experience in the interior design industry</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Three (3) years’ experience in commercial, residential or kitchen and bath design.</span></li></ul><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><span style="color: black;">Two years of teaching experience, preferably at a college level</span></li></ul><ul style="list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.0in;"><li><span style="color: black;">Proficient computer skills and Microsoft applications knowledge </span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Experience using classroom technology and learning management systems preferred</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">Current membership with ASID, IIDA, NKBA and/or IDEC preferred</span></li><li><span style="color: black;">NICIDQ and LEED, NCIDQ, CKBD, LEED, and WELL Building certification preferred.</span></li></ul><ul style="list-style-type: disc;padding: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 40.0px;margin: 0.0px 0.0px 3.0pt;color: inherit;font-style: normal;text-indent: 0.0px;"><li><br></li></ul><br><br><br><br> </dd>
