Lead Pressure Vessel Design Specialist Title: Lead Pressure Vessel Design SpecialistKBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. KBR is looking for a Lead Vessel Design Specialist position to be a part of Wilmington Operations Center (WOC) Mechanical Engineering Department and reports to the Mechanical Department Manager. In this role, you will be expected to have visibility directly with the entire Engineering Leadership Team (ELT) in Wilmington as well as across KBRs offices worldwide. You will also be expected to have demonstrated experience in both pressure vessels and field erected tanks across various industries such as oil & gas, chemicals, biofuels and biochemicals and power. You will work across all clients and industries, including but not necessarily limited to chemicals, specialty chemicals, oil and gas industries, refineries, bio-fuels, bio-chemicals and alternative energy industries such as carbon capture and hydrogen. This role is expected to function in a hybrid work environment and must have the ability to travel to client sites. Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
