We have sold Hot Spring&reg;, Caldera&reg;, and Freeflow&reg; hot tubs, the highest quality spas available on the market. Our Service and Water Valet teams stand ready to cater to your needs, ensuring that your experience with our products is always seamless and satisfying.</span></p><p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p><p><span>Spring Dance Hot Tubs is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented <strong>Customer Service Representative</strong> to join our team! In this role, you&rsquo;ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with everything from scheduling service appointments to processing orders and answering product questions.</span></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and care.</p></li><li><p>Schedule service appointments and coordinate with our service team to ensure smooth follow-through.</p></li><li><p>Process orders, payments, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently.</p></li><li><p>Provide product information and troubleshooting support to help customers get the most out of their hot tubs.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records in our CRM and POS systems.</p></li><li><p>Handle customer concerns with empathy, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.</p></li><li><p>Support day-to-day office operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Pay: $20.24 - $22.00</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in customer service or administrative support.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.</p></li><li><p>Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.</p></li><li><p>A team player who genuinely enjoys helping others.</p></li></ul><p><span><strong>We offer our employees competitive compensation</strong>,</span><span> extensive paid training, comprehensive and flexible suite of benefits package, 401K with company match, team member discounts, rewards for top performers, and most importantly career advancement opportunities.</span></p><p><span style="color: #515151;"><strong>Leslie&rsquo;s recognizes a critical component to our continued success is our people</strong>.
