"Cares and Shares" that is the type of Nurse Practitioner we are looking to join our team!  Cares about their patients, shares information with the patients and the teams that support them in their health journey. 
 
This position is Monday through Friday 8-5 with one week a month being available nights and weekends for call emergencies. 
 
Ideally you have Diabetes experience but that is not mandatory, we're looking to hire someone that's a great fit to our patients and our department.
 

Pay Range: $54.34 - $77.08.
