Production Planning and Logistics and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson &amp; Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position is:</span></span></p><p><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-size:14px"> </span></span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-size:14px">Responsible for supervising production planning based on PSR’s received.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-size:14px">Participates in the production planning process as required.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-size:14px">Communicates to Business Unit Manager volume strategies based on customer needs, any changes in production schedules.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-size:14px">Prepares and Lead the site volume Business Plan, SSR review (S&amp;OP Process) and monitor the customer service weekly review.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-size:14px">Approves purchase orders as required.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-size:14px">Responsible for timely shipments of finished goods to the main distribution centers and interplant shipments of raw material product.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-size:14px">Support claims for damage or lost cargo.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-size:14px">Participates in the design and implementation of computer programs for purchasing, planning, warehousing and duplicating functions.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-size:14px">Establishes annual department goals and objectives.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-size:14px">Prepares and administers approved department budget.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-size:14px">Prepares and coordinates approvals of material control policies.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-size:14px">Prepares performance evaluations of subordinate staff and recommends appropriate annual salary adjustments.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-size:14px">Liaison to the purchasing activity of manufacturing supplies and machinery equipment.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-size:14px">Recommend Capital Expenditures.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-size:14px">Approves operating procedure changes, facilities, and equipment changes.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-size:14px">Perform all assigned jobs in compliance with established GMP’s, while maintaining the highest level of quality in every task.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-size:14px">Directly supervise employees in the PP&amp;L Department.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-size:14px">Carriers out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization policies and applicable laws.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#212121"><span style="font-size:14px">Responsibilities include, interview, hiring, and training associate;
