Department Overview

The NA VS&A Sales team is responsible for the sales of video products, software and services via our extensive network of resellers and partners. The Sales Operations team’s primary focus is to support the NA Sales VP and the sales teams with all operational tasks to drive efficiency across the sales organization.


Job Description

The Sales Operations Data Analyst intern will leverage data science techniques, AI tools, and cloud technologies to support sales operations initiatives. You will work closely with the team to analyze sales data, improve operational efficiency, and provide actionable insights for our forecasting and customer data. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with Python, and familiarity with AWS and CRM platforms like Salesforce. 

  • Review and optimize the use of Salesforce to ensure data quality and accessibility for the sales team. 

  • Work closely with order and revenue data to help improve the overall data integrity of our end users and verticals that will drive better forecasting and accurate sales payment.

  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the sales process and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.

  • Analyze sales pipeline data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Build predictive models and leverage AI techniques to improve forecasting and sales performance.

  • Conduct data quality checks and ensure consistency in reporting metrics.

  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements within the sales operations function.

Additional Qualifications

  • All Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in handling large datasets.

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).

  • Ability to work collaboratively, communicate findings clearly, and meet deadlines.

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.


Basic Requirements

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field with expected graduated date of May 2027 or later
