<div><div><div><div><span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;">The Director of Annual Giving is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive annual giving strategy to support Emma Willard School’s Annual Giving programs and alumnae participation goals. The Emma Fund is the annual giving program that helps support the financial health and sustainability of the school.  <span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;">The Director of Annual Giving will be a key contributor to: 1) building the annual fund pipeline, 2) determining the segmentation of donors, 3) implementing a crowdfunding platform, and 4) measuring the success of annual campaigns. They are expected to promote the mission and programs of Emma Willard School to the highest level to all Emma Fund donors. The position  will report to the Director of Development and partner with our Alumni Relations team on creating an annual plan to promote giving in support of all Annual Giving programs and events.  <span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;">We seek someone who is committed to and willing to navigate today’s changing and diverse landscape. Support the general annual fund initiatives, at the discretion of the Director of Development and Head of Advancement.</li><li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;"><span demonstrate hands-on management skills with a successful track record in managing projects with cross-functional teams in a timely fashion and work seamlessly with the internal Communications team and external vendors as needed.</li><li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type:disc;font-size:11pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;"><span crowdfunding software to inspire and leverage specific donor segments and key fundraising initiatives.</li><li dir="ltr" to analyze data to determine success of programs/outcomes.</li></ul> <span
