Your role as Media Assembly & Playout Technician is to support the national network of broadcast stations in delivering a cloud-distribution of the local linear stream. You will ensure that station services are maintained with appropriate service levels and monitor all technical broadcast activities related to Cloud Assembly and Playout. This program stream will be built on our next-generation media ecosystem operating in the cloud and with data-driven systems and monitoring services that provide high levels of visibility to the larger organization. The Media Assembly & Playout Technician will be part of Sinclairs Engineering and Operations team and will work closely with other technology teams to analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Amagi content management, playlist scheduling, air-chain.

You must be local to Hunt Valley, MD to be considered for this role as this position is located on-site.
The hourly compensation range for this role is $22.00 to $24.00. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, quarterly and annual incentive plan bonuses, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
