Fellows meet weekly with a mentor teacher and receive regular classroom observations and feedback on their teaching. As part of their compensation plan, fellows are asked to carry out the duties and responsibilities of residential faculty. One night per-week and up to ten weekends per-year will be spent working in the dorm, along with several weekends on-duty.</span></p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr"
