Salesforce Implementation Functional Lead

Serving federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of professionals brings fresh perspective to help clients anticipate disruption, reimagine the possible, and fulfill their mission promise.

Our Sales & Service offering designs and implements sales and service experiences, capabilities, and architectures required to bring customer strategies to life.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with business leaders, technical staff, and external vendors to align expectations and requirements.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks or issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve obstacles as they arise.
  • Technical Guidance: Leverage technical knowledge to make informed decisions, clarify requirements, and facilitate problem-solving.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, manage budgets, perform regular status reporting, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet expected standards and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
